- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbs
- Gram Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Cashew nut - 10
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Kaskas - 1 tsp
- Oil
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Malli Leaves - 1/4 cup
- Salt
Instructions
Chop the all vegetables as square pieces
CashewPaste
- Soak CashewNuts in the hot water for 10 mins
- Grind soaked Cashews , Kaskas , Coconut.
Method
- Take cooker, Pour some oil add mustard and curry leaves . After both got fried place all chopped vegetables and fry.
- Now add Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well til the raw smell has gone.
- Sprinkle all the Powder with the ingredients.
- Now add the Cashew paste and enough salt and water to the consistency you prefer the kurma to be and mix well and cook over flame.
- Let it come to a boil with medium Flame for 2 whistle.
- After 10 mins Transfer to the Serving Bowl and Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
" Kurma Ready "
- Rava (Sooji) - 1 Cup
- Water - 3 Cup
- Sugar - 2 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Broken Cashews - 1-2 Tbsp
- Raisins - 1-2 Tbsp
- Cardamon Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Food Color (Yellow) - 1 Pinch
Method:
- Heat kadai when gets hotter now add 1/2 cup ghee, rava, cashews and raisins fry them till before becoming golden brown.
- Now add 3cups of boiled water with food color into the rava.
- The rava should be completely cooked and you can find it out by touching it. It will be soft, will not stick to the sides and will come together as one mass.
- At this point add the sugar. Make sure to add sugar only after the rava is well cooked.
- Keep stirring while the sugar melts and comes together into a thick pudding like consistency.
- Now sprinkle cardamon power and remove from kadai and serve it hot.

- Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
- Gram masala powder - 1Tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Mustard
- Curry leaves
- Chicken gravy
- Cooking Oil
- Salt
Method:
- Pour oil in a pan add mustard, curry leaves and fry with onion ,tomato and green chilli.
- Once it is fried add all powder items add chicken gravy now.
- Now reduce boneless chicken in to small pieces & mash it with the above mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Kothu kozhi is ready.
